the staff were helpful.
the bathroom was shockingly small. the lighting was so dark, i searched everywhere for extra lights. add to that the floor flooded when you took a shower because the lip of the walk in shower was just too low

the staff was friendly and helpful i received prompt assistance with all inquiries. i secured tickets for the funicular ride which simplified access around the village. my room included access to the spa facilities which enhanced my overall experience.
the walk to rooms involves navigating steep steps which could be challenging with mobility issues.

i felt very welcome. the staff was attentive. the suite upgrade offered a amazing view. the cozy fireplace and quiet air conditioning created a warm, restful space. i enjoyed a brisk walk through the village and a fun elevator ride. i really appreciated the hotel arranging a buggy on request.
the stairs were quite inconvenient, especially with luggage. the room's location required navigating many steps. this was a challenge, considering i expected easier access.
