The hotel provided complimentary snacks during tea time. Staff encouraged guests to enjoy everything. The hotel is near Pratunam Market and Platinum Mall. I walked there easily. The room came with a balcony and ample space. I like the room! This.

The staff were attentive to my needs. Ray and Ian were especially accommodating. The concierge and other staff offered warm welcomes. Their assistance, and I noticed their dedication.
