the premium beautiful double room was spacious the air conditioning worked effectively the shower had good pressure breakfast included a reasonable choice of food it easily met my needs the rooftop pool offered nice views of the city the location is close to markets

superb location helpful lady smooth travel
The location was superb. It was very close to chinatown and the train station. i also appreciated the very helpful lady at the reception. she was polite and efficient, our travel arrangements went smoothly and effortlessly.
I found that the breakfast choice was limited. I would have liked to see a wider variety of options available.

unfriendly staff stale smell
the location offered convenient transportation access. local buses were available.
the front desk staff were not very friendly. I understand it was BUSY. rooms are somewhat dated, and they had a stale smell at first. the air conditioning helped get rid of the odor.

convenient location friendly staff
the location proved convenient with tourist attractions very close. the staff was friendly too.
the room i was given had some real issues. the bathroom had black mold, it was a real turnoff. the overall impression wasnt great.

small parking space ticket exchange
the staff was friendly and helpful with requests and assistance.
the parking space was too small. we constantly had to exchange a ticket to park and for going in and out. i believe guests should be able to show their keycard and park without this hassle.

musty room black mold
the location was convenient and allowed easy access to the surrounding area.
the room smelled musty and i woke up smelling sewage during the night. there was black mold in the shower, and unlike other hotels, only tiny tubes of shampoo, gel, and lotion were provided.
