Excellent stay, great location

The hotel location was excellent, close to the sky walk and night market. The hotel guaranteed connecting rooms for my children. I would stay here again, the beds were comfy. I enjoyed the complimentary food with the room. Location was good.
The hotel lacked alcohol because of the nearby university. That was not ideal.

The breakfast had a very wide variety. I could choose from many options. The room was cleaned every day and I received water each day as well. The staff were very kind and they helped me with everything.
The fitness centre seemed too public. I also had to sign for a towel to use the pool. The restaurant had very little vegetarian food available. There was no alcohol, it's a zoning issue.

The location worked well. It was quite close to the metro station.
The room was a letdown though, it felt outdated. The furniture had seen better days and there was a slight musty odor. It was like stepping back into the 1990s. getting an invoice at check-out was surprisingly difficult. 'I'm not sure who should provide it' is something I heard more than once.

the rooms had natural light and a microwave. this was very convenient to heat snacks. the concierge was helpful in finding a ride to the airport. i would have missed my flight if not for the concierge.
