The hotel staff was helpful. They offered advice on local attractions. I had a smooth check-in. The ground-floor cafe served good coffee, and I had breakfast there each morning. The room included tea and coffee supplies, useful.
The air conditioning took a while to cool the large room. This made the first moments a bit uncomfortable.

The hotel provided convenient access to main tourist attractions. I could walk easily. A food market was nearby. Also some shops were easily accessible on foot.

Staff provided helpful travel and tour arrangements. I found this very useful. Breakfast box were ready at the requested time for early departures. The staff were kind and couldn't do enough.

The location is convenient, about five minutes to places I wanted to visit. Staff arranged a car when I left my passport in a previous city. The driver was great, and they made phone calls in the local language to manage everything. I found the staff caring.
The traffic outside was noisy, and noise echoed inside. The room was large, so the air conditioning took a while to cool it down.
