i really loved that this place offered ski-in and ski-out access right by the slopes it made everything so easy. the breakfast was good with plenty of choices and there were ski lockers available for each guest which i found super practical. the location was great for accessing everything i needed.
i thought my room was very old and the tv aerial was unplugged i had to fix it myself so it worked.

my room faced the mountains offering such a good view and it was spotlessly clean with simple furnishings. the quiet atmosphere made restful sleep so easy and very welcome after skiing all day. i found it totally adequate

the hotel team provided excellent service and reception staff were particularly friendly i felt instantly welcome. everyone seemed genuinely keen to help with any questions i had making my stay problem free. this contributed so much to the overall experience

the room felt outdated especially the bathroom the showerhead didn't work well and there were no toiletries provided like soap or shampoo breakfast wasn't great either the products didn't seem high quality

the hotel location was excellent. i was able to ski right out and back. this. the staff were friendly and always ready to help with anything i needed. i saw amazing views from my room, and i am so grateful for this experience.
the showerhead in my room was a little faulty, so showering was not totally easy.

amazing slope access and friendly faces!

I had such a blast staying here! the location is killer. You can step right out and be on the slopes i thought this was super cool since i could get a head start. the staff was so lovely too. Everyone was friendly and. the dinners were hearty after a long day in the snow i thought the food was good and had plenty of variety. the spa was so nice to relax in after skiing. It was the best way to end each day.
the room could use a little updating, but nothing too serious bothered me i didn't have any soap in the bathroom, but i quickly went and asked for some at the front desk.

the standard double room offered a mountain view you could see from the window and included a tv with international channels for entertainment in the evening. the room featured blackout curtains ensuring a restful sleep and comfortable beds.
