the staff was very friendly. the breakfast offered great variety. the pool and surrounding areas surprised me positively. i appreciated the well kept facilities, and the attentiveness of the staff.
the gym required an extra daily fee, which i found a bit unexpected.

I really appreciated the wide selection at breakfast, such a great start to the day! The pool area had lots of seating. It was easy to find a spot even during peak hours..
Our room on the seventh floor had a very bad smell. They did try to cover it up with an unpleasant cleaning product.

the breakfast buffet was decent enough, it at least had a variety of options.
The gym access policy annoyed me, it required an extra charge. I've never encountered that before. even worse, the spa and indoor pool were closed for the weekend. The hotel only informed me the day before my arrival.
