the room was sized good. breakfast had a suitable selection of foods.
the hotel felt unloved. the hanging baskets were witheringly dry. there was no atmosphere in the bar, so i did not spend any money there.

The location was excellent. The hotel is right in the middle of town. I found free parking nearby. The staff members were friendly and helpful.
I had to carry my luggage up several flights of stairs. This could be a problem with mobility issues.

The room was clean. The staff at reception was friendly. Breakfast service was good. On street parking is available, or the hotel has an arrangement with SuperValu across the street for overnight parking.
I noticed a horrible smell of damp in the foyer and hallways. The WiFi was not working . There was no bath mat in the bathroom and no shampoo was provided.
