the staff was nice. they provided assistance quickly. the rooms featured very clean conditions. i noticed a tram station was accessible within minutes from this location. this provided transport to venice very easily.
the breakfast at the hotel was not great. the scrambled eggs tasted bad. they did not replenish the food often. i wish they offered more hot food options.

the location was superb, near the tram for easy access to venice. the staff was friendly and always ready to help. i found the hotel clean (always a comfort). breakfast had a nice variety of options, a good start to each day.
i noticed the absence of tea and coffee making facilities in the room, which would have been a plus.

kinda disappointing, i must say
acceptable locationcurry blanketitchy bed
the location was acceptable since its near transport.
the room wasnt good. the blanket smelled like curry, and it had hair all over it. the bed felt itchy, and a light for the aircon stayed on, it was annoying.

poor insulationineffective air conditioning
I found the noise insulation lacking. I could hear conversations and other disturbances from adjacent rooms quite clearly, interrupting my rest. the air conditioning was not effective enough. the room never got cool, even with the ac unit running continuously at its highest setting. i found the outdated decor disappointing.

tram stationhelpful staffnoisy roomno drinks
the tram station was really close. you needed about 15 min to arrive to venice. the staff was helpful i think.
i found the room noisy at night. there wasnt drinks in the rooms and i had to ask for some hot water at the bar to make tea in room. they would not give any cups.
