issues detract from potential

exposed insulationextra charge
upon arrival the entrance was incomplete i noticed exposed insulation and pipework the lobby had a leak the first apartment lacked a slope view a crucial aspect for us there was an extra charge for switching rooms which was frustrating there were also numerous flaws in the apartment including messy bathroom grouting and warped doors the spa area had missing skirting and wall gaps
