the breakfast had a lot of choices and was freshly cooked. the hotel area was huge and there was a lot to do outside. i liked the territory of the hotel.

the air conditioning in the bedroom did not work. drinks in the evening were of poor quality and cheap juice. i was not allowed to use the main pool or restaurant.

the food had plentiful choices i walked to the harbour it was a 4km round trip. the staff was attentive they worked tirelessly in the kitchens. the poolside entertainment was excellent.

our bed sheets were not changed once i found mould in our bedroom shower. the evening entertainment was average i found the check-in information very limited.

The staff was efficient and helpful. The room was very spacious and clean. The facilities were well maintained and very clean. I enjoyed using the gym and pools. The breakfast had a wide selection. The staff were very cute too.

The air conditioning in public areas was not effective enough. It was uncomfortable at times. More could be done to improve this situation. Air conditioning would enhance guest comfort.

the flooring near the pools felt quite dirty i noticed small ants were everywhere constantly biting. bar signs were taped to the wall a detail that lowered the overall appearance. i saw rusty tables near the ice cream station that discouraged anyone from sitting there
