I cannot express how much i loved this place! The staff was so kind and helpful, it was unbelievable. The room was super clean and filled with quality furniture, so good! The outdoor area and pool area was great and provided the perfect relaxation spot. I loved it so much!
The hotel location is a bit far to walk from the city center.

The reception team was always very helpful with my requests, especially when i needed extra towels. They always delivered quickly, very very good. Staff in restaurants was always smiling too.

The gym has three treadmills, and i saw two stationary bikes so it is good. The main pool area has around twenty loungers and a shaded section. Kids loved water slides and the playground.

The breakfast buffet includes a variety of options, I loved it. There is fresh fruit, pastries, and hot dishes, yummi! The Asian restaurant offered fantastic food. Flavors are delicious and presentation is beautiful.

The hotel is near a bus stop. Buses are frequent and affordable, which makes it easy to reach main attractions. The hotel has a perfect spot close to beach where it is possible to snorkel.

check in was quick the concierge brought my luggage to reception. i found an unexpected upgrade to a sea view room a pleasant surprise. the food offered a fantastic and fresh variety daily. every staff member greeted me actually whenever we passed each other.
the entertainment room felt dated it was disappointing considering the hotel's overall quality. the sound system wasn't great either. this seemed like a throwback to older family entertainment spaces.

Fantastic Hotel Experience!

Our arrival was smooth. The staff showed such kindness. Cleanliness was a top priority. Both the indoor areas and our Double or Twin Room Sea View were super clean. The outdoor spaces, including the pool, provided ultimate relaxation. We found a great variety and quality at breakfast. Plus, the Asian restaurant offered an amazing culinary experience!

the location was excellent i had good service the breakfast buffet was particularly nice there were many options i liked the sea view rooms i would highly recommend them the views were superb i found the area peaceful. the hotel offered good sport services the spa was good too Irish offered a lovely massage the room and hotel area was cozy it did not bother me it was not new. We went to rest by the beach the hotel allowed this there were several spaces with enough loungers for everyone there were several restaurants and the room had everything we needed and was always clean.
i noticed some sunbeds were battered and old.
