Excellent Stay
quick check-in lovely surprise good activities nightly entertainment
The check-in process was quick. A welcome package included sandwiches, juice, water, and fruit. A bottle of wine was provided in the room upon arrival (a lovely surprise). The animation team provided very good daytime activities plus nightly entertainment.
The gym hours were slightly inconvenient, as it opened later than I would have preferred.

The staff was very polite. They provided orange juice during registration. A letter plus a gift arrived a day before departure, showing care.

The air conditioning worked very well. It was easy to maintain a comfortable temperature. The beds provided a firm mattress. I found them comfortable.

fantastic family vacation
breakfast buffet animation team helpful staff
the staff was friendly and helpful. the breakfast buffet offered lots of choices. we tried various local dishes during dinner. the rooms and pool areas were cleaned every day. i appreciate all the hard work of the staff to keep things super clean. the animation team tried to keep everyone entertained. mimo, yassia, vicky, and pablo were very good. bingo with pablo was AMAZING!!!
the hotel could benefit from some general updates.

the hotel has two large pools with ample sun loungers. there is a kids' club available with various activities throughout the day. the hotel also has a well-equipped gym. a tennis court to use.

spacious room large balcony well-equipped kitchen fresh omelettes
The Violet building suited my needs perfectly. the room was spacious. i enjoyed a large balcony that overlooked a courtyard with a pool. the well-equipped kitchen allowed for convenient meal preparation. breakfast had a satisfying selection of items and a chef made fresh omelettes. i also tried dinner and lunch. The meals were worth the money.
the air conditioning unit made a slight noise at night.

The complex is just a short five-minute walk from the beach. a pleasant promenade is within walking distance. It features many restaurants, cafes and shops. this location offers convenient access to local attractions.

the breakfast by the pool was excellent!!! it exceeded my expectations for a 3-star resort. the food offered diverse options. i especially enjoyed the fresh omelettes and the quality of the ingredients.

kind staff breakfast variety omelette station quiet location
I appreciated the very kind staff. They were always available and happy to help. The breakfast provided amazing value with a huge variety. The omelette station was a firm favorite. I liked that the hotel location is quiet but still close to the shorefront.
The dryer in the launderette returned damp clothes even after payment.

Two outdoor swimming pools and one indoor pool are available . The hotel offers snooker. There were a good amount of sunbeds with umbrellas near the pools. I never had to wait.

constant leaves unfriendly hotel
The location offered convenient access to nearby beaches. This was acceptable.
The children's pool was not adequately maintained. It constantly had leaves. i noticed many ants around the small pool. additionally, i heard the hotel isn't particularly fond of the cats or cares for the cats.
