underwhelming stay
kind staffdated furniturepoor poolside
the staff was very kind.
the hotel is very dated, with furniture needing updates. the poolside was not well kept, with loose tiles. i felt uncomfortable because one of the managers kept staring at guests.

I appreciated the very kind staff. They were always available and happy to help. The breakfast provided amazing value with a huge variety. The omelette station was a firm favorite. I liked that the hotel location is quiet but still close to the shorefront.
The dryer in the launderette returned damp clothes even after payment.

The reception staff provided a welcome drink upon arrival. A letter from management and a small gift were delivered before departure. The staff members are multilingual and handle requests with professionalism.

My studio was clean and well kept. Fresh towels and complimentary cosmetics were provided. I appreciated the spacious layout and functional design, it was perfect for a solo traveller like myself.

Two outdoor swimming pools and one indoor pool are available . The hotel offers snooker. There were a good amount of sunbeds with umbrellas near the pools. I never had to wait.

The location offered convenient access to nearby beaches. This was acceptable.
The children's pool was not adequately maintained. It constantly had leaves. i noticed many ants around the small pool. additionally, i heard the hotel isn't particularly fond of the cats or cares for the cats.
