The location was superb! it was a short walk to the beach, the model village, and mini golf. the staff were amazingly friendly and helpful. They were really good.
i booked a "sea view" room, though it reminded me of something from fawlty towers. the dining room felt a little dark and was filled with a tumble dryer and two washing lines!

The location provided convenient access to local attractions. i found a hairdryer, fridge, tv, and coffee facilities within the room. These met my needs. a freshly cooked breakfast was available and it was quite nice.
the bed felt small considering it was supposed to be a double. the mattress could benefit from an upgrade for improved comfort and support. a lighter duvet might be preferable.

Dale gave us a warm welcome upon arrival. He explained the room's amenities. i found the room very clean, the shower was delightfully hot. breakfast was hearty and full. I especially enjoyed the full english.
i noticed that the room could benefit from a slightly larger bed to ensure a comfortable sleep.

The room felt quite cramped. Storage space was visibly lacking throughout the hotel. I saw items stored in hallways. The dining area also served as a drying room for sheets.

i arrived and my room was not made up i found mold and rubbish in the room the tv was set at volume 3 the owner banged on the door to tell me to turn it down there was a man snoring loudly the manager complained about noise i made to my daughter

I experienced excellent communication with the host, Dale. He kindly accommodated my early check-in request. The breakfast provided a generous amount of delicious options, and second servings were promptly offered. The room included free wi-fi, free parking, refreshments, an en-suite bathroom, and a television.
The bedding and towels looked slightly worn, although plenty were available .
