I stayed in suite 8 for one night. The suite was immaculate! It was also very cozy. The location proved perfect and convenient. I found both WiFi and Netflix included. Leisure access came with parking and I took full advantage with a swim before checking out.
Light came from all angles at night. It was impossible to make the room dark. I found it hard to sleep.

Communication was excellent. The guest guide provided information about local restaurants. Checking in was super easy. The staff was helpful with whatever I needed.

the walls are really thin. i could hear everything my neighbors did, even their tv. this went on until late at night. it was really annoying and disrupted my sleep. i really needed some quiet time.

the location was perfect! i received very useful information before arrival, so entering was simple and easy. the decor upon entering is a pleasant surprise, and i noticed thoughtful touches throughout. i will definitely return!

my superior suite was spotlessly clean and very comfortable. The local fitness centre access included a swimming pool FOR free, very convenient. Stephen gave great service and quick feedback when i needed help.
the instructions for the door lock were only online. i think antibacterial spray would be useful in the kitchen.

The location was acceptable.
The room felt smaller than expected. Instructions for using the door lock were only available online. I found this inconvenient. I also think the suite needed antibacterial wipes for the kitchen, but these were not available.
