the spa facilities seemed okay. the pool's temperature was good.

my room cleaning was not done until after 3 pm. i was out since 9 am, a solid six hours. the cleaning lady then asked if i wanted the room cleaned (i'm starting to think she was being sarcastic!). also, the air conditioning didn't work, so the room was a balmy 28 degrees.

Fantastic Hotel Experience!

The breakfast buffet was AMAZING!!! It featured many delicate choices, including champagne. I appreciated the modern spa. There was an indoor swimming pool of a good size for swimming, as well as saunas and a whirlpool. The staff handled a minor check-in issue perfectly. I received an upgraded room and a discount at the spa as an apology.

The noise isolation seemed insufficient. I heard corridor sounds clearly.

the sound isolation was not good at all. i could hear everything happening in the corridor. also, there was no water dispenser in the wellness area, a strange omission. getting coffee between 10:30 am and 1 pm was difficult because the café and restaurant were closed.
