FANTASTIC experience
easy transportexcellent roomfriendly staffmold smell
The location near San Stae vaporetto station made transport SO easy I loved the easy access to the airport. The San Polo area had awesome osterias and a mix of tourists and locals it WAS fantastic. The room was excellent and nicely decorated it really WOWED me. I found the room cleaned to a high standard by friendly staff even though I left after midday
I didn't get the room type I requested IT was smaller than the description and photos suggested. The building was separate from the main building and there WAS a slight moldy smell. One waitress seemed irritated when I asked for breakfast items that ran out before closing time THAT was a bummer.

The superior triple room included good air conditioning and blackout curtains IT really enhanced sleep quality. The bathroom provided fresh towels daily and had a modern shower. A safe was available in the room for securing valuables IT was very useful.

The hotel is NEAR the grand canal and several shops it's VERY convenient. Rialto bridge is within a 15 minute walk providing easy access to main attractions. The immediate area felt safe and had plenty of restaurants EVERYTHING was great.

Breakfast included a variety of cereals pastries and fresh fruit IT was great. Coffee was readily available and tasted fresh every morning IT was energizing. Staff kept the area clean and replenished items quickly EVERYTHING was wonderful.

The location is fantastic. it is super close to the water bus stop, i hopped on and off with ease. i loved that it was also a short walk to all the main attractions. the breakfast was a highlight each morning. It was delicious and had many choices (loved the pastries!). the staff was friendly and always ready to help with directions or recommendations.
the room i got was slightly smaller than i expected from the pictures, but it wasn't a big deal.

a lovely stay!

i stayed in a building adjacent to the main one. i overlooked the canal plus the bridge, a pretty scene. the room was spacious, and the breakfast had many options. the vaporetto stop near the train station made arrival easy.
the room i received was smaller than described. it was not in the main building. i noticed a slight mold smell, a bit bothersome.
