I was really annoyed about the sofa bed. it seemed like sleeping directly on the frame, there was zero padding. i was also put in a building that seemed a lot older than the main one. the staff didn't seem very engaged, and honestly, i doubt i will return. the pool bar was a letdown and the breakfast was almost inedible. Some items were burnt, others were undercooked

Acceptable Stay but Issues Existed

The sofa beds were quite hard. I could feel the frame through minimal padding making sleep difficult. They put us in a building that seemed less renovated than the main one. The staff did not appear particularly professional and responsiveness to inquiries was slow. The pool bar was not great and the breakfast was also disappointing with items either burnt or undercooked. The waterfall was not working and the water looked dirty.

the location near fig tree bay was ideal. the staff were friendly and made check-in smooth (i really appreciated their efficiency). the room had a nice balcony. it offered a great view, i could relax and enjoy the scenery.
the sofa bed in the room was quite hard. it was not very comfortable for sleeping and could use some improvement. a mattress topper might help.

I received a warm welcome from the receptionist. Her service was consistently excellent . the hotel's location is superb with convenient access and ample parking. fig tree bay is just a short walk away. the room i stayed in was spacious and clean and it had a fresh scent upon entry.
the wi-fi signal was weak and unreliable at times (i hope they can improve this soon).

Excellent Holiday Stay!

The staff was very cute! The food was excellent, especially the evening meals. The hotel facilities were good and the room was better than expected. The location was central, near bars, restaurants, and shops. I got a free upgrade upon arrival. This hotel apartment was cosy!
Some sunbeds were broken. I always found one. Curtains are needed in the bedroom because the blinds were noisy at night due to the wind.

the apartment was clean on arrival. it was cleaned to a very high standard . the apartments location was right in the thick of all the local activities. the air-conditioning worked well and the crockery and cutlery supplied was adequate.
access to the room was difficult with a stroller and a baby. access was either by stairs or taking two different elevators. the elevators were small for the stroller. i requested change of room and it was not successful.
