A nice experience

private transfercute staff

we booked through jet 2 indulgence holidays and i was very impressed with the private transfer from the airport. the reception staff were very cute and explained everything we needed to know in detail. our sunbeds were booked for the duration of our stay, so there was no need to get up early. the pool attendant laid out towels each day and provided us with a bottle of water in a cooler bag.

the room had comfortable beds and also featured a pillow menu, so i could select my preferred pillow for optimum comfort. i found all touch point lights and curtain opening and closing options very convenient. the maid service turned down the beds each night.

the staff at the pool area were very attentive. they were always ready to assist with towels or drinks. the pool bar staff were especially friendly. the hotel design was modern and beautiful, and the pools were wonderful.

i found that there were fewer sunbeds than guests. waiting for sunbeds to become available was required. the sunbeds were sometimes given to other guests (this was unpleasant).
