The hotel location was excellent I found. The staff were REALLY friendly and super helpful. I appreciated the positive vibes throughout.
Our room air conditioning smelled of cigarette smoke I noticed. Plastic glasses were used for cocktails. They were NOT recyclable. I think the cocktails included in all inclusive were too sweet.

the hotel location near the beach was acceptable.
The room was not soundproof and i clearly heard conversations next door, really annoying. the balcony door also couldn't be secured. I had to wait for the safe to be repaired. cleanliness was average, and ants were coming in from the corridor!

The location was acceptable.
My room had a terrible odor when I arrived, cleanliness was unacceptable too. The bathroom wasn't properly cleaned. The floors were dirty. There were only two mismatched pillows on the bed. One was flat, and the other was lumpy. The hotel in general was not clean at all. Hygiene did not seem to be a priority.
