The Yailos pool bar had a great atmosphere, and the evening entertainment was fun! I really liked the variety of cocktails on the menu. The staff happily made anything I requested. It was awesome, I think!

It made resting difficult. I wasn't informed about this before my stay, very disappointing.

I enjoyed the well-kept rooms that provided comfort. The food was also a highlight (the variety was appreciated). The staff provided excellent service, always ready to help. The mini-market on site offered good prices on a variety of items.

This began early in the morning. There was no compensation for the inconvenience. I would appreciate better information about future entertainment.

the hotel is right on the beach! serena bay is just a short walk. the grounds are beautiful with sunbeds on the grass offering bay views. i loved the pool bar atmosphere and the entertainment, it was so much fun. the food was AMAZING!!! different themes every day kept things interesting. i was all inclusive plus and premium branded drinks were included.

early noisestony beach

the noise was a MAJOR issue. they started hammering away at 7 am every day. i couldn't even relax by the pool because of it!!! also, the beach is not great. it looks sandy in the pictures, but it is actually full of stones. it really hurt my feet.

the hotel staff was friendly and helpful . the service was excellent in every aspect and always with a smile. the hotel has direct access to the beach and i enjoyed the ability to have amazing views. the rooms are soundproofed with blackout curtains and have air-conditioning.
