I found the location amazing right on the beach. sunbeds were always available . the staff was wonderful, they were always smiling and eager to assist with any request i had. i especially LOVED the themed nights. They added such fun and value.

The breakfast spread was GREAT with numerous options. I particularly enjoyed fresh and delicious meals. The on-site cafe was convenient. I liked people-watching with coffee. Staff remembered our coffee orders.

i really enjoyed the staff's friendliness and attention to detail . kathleen was especially helpful. the security team assisted with crossing the road, i also enjoyed the thai cooking class offered at the hotel.
i found that the air conditioning in the room struggled a little to maintain a consistently cool temperature.

the room had good styling and the upstairs layout was very convenient for our needs, it provided a comfortable and functional space for our stay. a comprehensive breakfast buffet included something for everyone, a real plus.

there are multiple pools available at the hotel, providing ample space for relaxation and recreation. the hotel is large, and a golf cart service is available for easy transportation to and from the rooms, a really helpful service.

The staff offered genuinely friendly assistance, especially the concierge who helped select tours. the staff ensured that i felt special as a guest. They always knew our coffee order after only a couple of days. the front desk was helpful too.
