Our room had direct pool access and very nice privacy due to the thoughtful landscaping and design. i lounged there all day! club access included free wine and cocktails. delicious finger foods! the staff were super hospitable. Mamai and tamarind were especially lovely.
The lighting in the bathroom could be a little brighter. It was sometimes hard to see while applying makeup, though i managed fine.

The beautiful room featured a spacious layout with a separate seating area. i appreciated the rainfall shower and plush bathrobes provided. Everything felt very luxurious! the minibar was stocked with a variety of drinks and snacks.

the resort's location provided easy access to the beach, just a short walk from the main building. i liked that there were several restaurants and shops nearby, it really added convenience! the complimentary shuttle to the night market was a nice perk.

This resort is amazing! The breakfast buffet had many fresh options. The chefs really put in effort. I am thankful for the immaculate service provided by the housekeeping staff, they kept everything super clean daily. I appreciated suggestions for local places to eat.
The gym was poorly equipped, lacking essential equipment. The addition of a barbell or extra machines would enhance the fitness experience. I found this quite disappointing for a five-star hotel.

The staff were friendly. K, Prom, Preen, and Dean were pretty good too track down a couple of items I misplaced. Lisa was always smiling and offered recommendations for local restaurants and activities.

I found the hotel's location very convenient and quiet. The availability of sunbeds was ample even in the afternoon. The gym operates 24/7. It suited my schedule perfectly. The breakfast selection offered many vegan options and freshly pressed juices.
I noticed the pool water had a strong chlorine scent. It made swimming less enjoyable.
