The resort provided really good service characterized by warmth. the room had amazing quality including views and solitude. amenities offered are extensive. the staff's enjoyment of their roles enhanced the experience. I valued it. the beach and vibe contributed to a unique vacation atmosphere. i felt special there.
my wife missed a make up mirror in the bathroom. this is a small detail, but worth mentioning.

the villa host assisted with restaurant recommendations and bookings. the buggy service had quick response times, generally less than five minutes. i noticed the recreation team provided activities like kayaking and thai kick boxing lessons. dada, our villa host, organized our activities smoothly.

The breakfast had a good variety of dishes. I tried asian specialties. i saw sparkling wine and bloody marys available at breakfast. saffron offers thai food. sands restaurant had meals too.

the resort provided a wonderful location with first class facilities. the location is private. the beach allows free usage of equipment, saving luggage space. i did not need to pack towels or water.

The villa had a jacuzzi, a great addition. waking up to the sunrise from the bedroom was lovely. The breakfast was excellent at the edge. chef john arranged vegetable rolls daily. the breakfast selection included pancakes, dim sum, and thai teas.

We received excellent customer service from the villa host. The host looked after every need and question. The host was available via text throughout the stay. I enjoyed the wellbeing activities. I loved the private cookery course. The course was a highlight. We are both big foodies, AND i LOVED the gym!
I found that the air conditioning at the restaurant was not up to the mark. I think the rooms are slightly run down. The reception area was hot and humid. I think a fan would be a win-win.

The villa was beautiful. It was super clean, WITH plenty of privacy. The bathrooms had showers that were very clean and pretty. I found the beds to be very comfy. The room was serviced twice a day.
