helpful staff delicious breakfast lanna decor
i found the staff helpful, providing recommendations for local sights. the breakfasts were wonderful each morning with diverse options. the villa's lanna-cultured decor preserved the heritage. the beds were comfortable.
I noticed some minor wear in the bathroom. Specifically, i observed that it could benefit from some refurbishing.

a quiet stay
attentive staff great coffee nice pool cockroaches umbrella charge mold shower
the staff were attentive. they always checked if we needed anything. great coffee was available whenever we wanted one. the pool was great after a busy day walking the surrounding area.
there were cockroaches in the room. i was charged 500 baht for accidentally leaving an umbrella behind. it seemed a bit steep. the bathroom desperately needs refurbishing and there was to be mold in the shower.

The staff provided a very warm welcome. everyone seemed ready to help with any request. my room was beautiful and spacious. i especially liked how it overlooked the leafy shaded pool. It felt tropical

cockroach infestation mold presence
The staff proved helpful .
I found cockroaches in my room, not something I care for. I had to pay 500 baht after I left an umbrella, I consider it steep. The bathroom look tired, there seemed mold in the shower.
