underwhelming experience at this rhodes hotel.

the reception bar lady was genuinely lovely and she made excellent iced coffees.
I found the floors were never cleaned properly. the black stain on the bed linen stayed there despite asking twice for it to be changed. I suspect they just changed the towels. also, a maintenance man barged into our room to flush the toilet, it was shocking.

The massage I received significantly decreased my back pain. I am grateful. Maria, my therapist, provided a very good massage, I recommend it. The personnel are positive. They are smiling. The atmosphere was clean and nice. It seemed professional.
The air conditioning in the bar on the 11th floor failed. Temperatures at night reached 30°C inside the bar.

The hotel is very close to a beach that offers exclusive use of sunbeds for hotel guests. Beach bars and restaurants are located nearby, the hotel is well placed. A good bus service offers easy transport into town, it takes approximately 15 minutes.

The service at the hotel impressed me. The staff were attentive and respectful to our needs. The personnel are friendly and cute. They were helpful and always available.

The breakfast restaurant is called Valkarola. The omelettes are cooked to order. A buffet choice is available each morning. The quality and variety of both the food and drinks were excellent, I found many options.

repetitive buffetventilation unit
The breakfast buffet became a bit tiresome after a few days , it lacked variety beyond the standard fare. Fresh eggs were not prepared to order. I also found the sound of the ventilation unit on my balcony to be quite loud and constant , preventing me from fully enjoying the outdoor space. I booked a Beautiful Room hoping for tranquility , but the noise was an unwelcome surprise.

the staff were very helpful from the moment i arrived i got assistance with my luggage the reservations manager accommodated my request for extra nights the housekeeping staff maintained excellent cleanliness throughout my stay plus they left evening chocolates i found the bar staff provided great service always with a smile the buffet offered a variety of choices for breakfast i enjoyed the italian restaurant's pizza
