middling experience with a couple of issues
big roomssmoke smellunexplained charge
the rooms were big enough.
the room reeked of smoke upon arrival. i also discovered an additional charge of $40 after i checked out. i contacted the hotel, but received no clear explanation or justification for this fee was nice.

I found the location very convenient! nearby pubs and a good brewery were definite perks. the japanese district is also within a reasonable distance. The well-stocked markets offered interesting finds. the proximity to the metro station was also a definite plus.
The women's bathroom on the floor i stayed on was not ideal. it needed more frequent cleaning. I noticed grime in the shower area. the mat on the floor seemed old and worn.

i noticed many coffee shops and eateries in the immediate area! i could easily walk to several places for meals and snacks. little tokyo, with its unique dining options, is also nearby.

The staff members were very friendly and helpful ! masuma was particularly lovely. She assisted me with everything i needed. the 24-hour access added to the overall convenience.

my room was quite spacious and included the basics, such as air conditioning! the shared bathrooms were kept clean and well-kept, which i greatly appreciated. bedding and linens were fresh.

A heart in the city

The entry featured inviting artwork. It seemed like a warm welcome. Masuma was available. She handled our check-in with ease. The fridge inside our room was very useful. I loved the dimming light. It created a dreamy atmosphere, almost like a gentle hug after a long day.
Shared restrooms are there. Every now and then someone seems to try opening them.

I found this location quiet but still central. Many eateries were within walking distance. Convenience stores were nearby. This setup allowed for calm evenings while still enjoying the lively city atmosphere.

Showers and toilets were very clean. A water server was available and was so helpful. Easy parking was next door. A fee applies overnight, but it made arrival simple, almost like a dance of convenience.

A fridge was in the room. It kept my drinks cool. The bed was clean and orderly, an embrace after a long trip. A TV was present, promising quiet nights to come after our journeys.
