direct beach access wide dish choice lovely animation team small gym superficial cleaning slow internet
The hotel provided direct access to the beach with complimentary sunbeds. The breakfast included a wide choice of dishes to enjoy. The playroom for kids was great and the animation team were lovely. The room upgrade to a sea-view room was a surprise to me.
The gym was very small and overheated. I found the daily cleaning to be very superficial. The internet was also very slow. It was quite a nuisance.

smooth check-in necessary amenities delicious food fun activities
the staff at reception provided a smooth check-in process the rooms included necessary amenities the restaurant had a variety of fresh food the animation team organized fun activities throughout the day there was evening entertainment for kids the hotel provided great service with a great atmosphere the team was amazing. i found the room clean and i appreciated the necessary amenities i found the service in general fast and friendly. my experience from arrival to departure was smooth and pleasant i found the restaurant's food delicious and the staff service excellent.

the hotel is about a 25-minute walk from the main area where there are many restaurants and a lovely harbour to explore guests can easily reach nice beaches for various water sports as well. the rooftop bar has a beautiful sunset view, offering guests a scenic spot to enjoy drinks with the sunset.

the pool area looked well kept and clean the hotel provides sunbeds but they can be hard to find the rooftop bar offers amazing views the hotel has a wellness center guests can use. this hotel features a gaming area to use during their visit the hotel provides parking for a fee who are driving.

the beautiful room provided adequate space and comfort the rooms are equipped with full-size wall-mounted rituals toiletries guests could easily refill the mini bar for personal use. the rooms include a tv with netflix and youtube available i found the room to be overall great.

inconsistent rules confused staff
breakfast had many options. it had a fresh egg and omelette station.
i find the rules inconsistent. one day, i only get one key per room. the next day, i can have more keys. doors between rooms should not be unlocked. then someone opened the door anyway. the staff seemed confused about their own policies.

Acceptable stay overall
convenient location kind staff long check-in poor cleaning
The hotel location is REALLY convenient. It is next to the beach, with several pools and activities for both adults and children (wow!). Staff was kind. The food tasted nice. We even received a bottle of wine as a gift on the second day. WHAT a surprise!
The check-in process took TOO long. It was about 45 minutes. One receptionist was unprofessional. She complained about being alone and busy (like, seriously?). She also spoke on the phone a lot. Cleaning could be improved. After trying to make tea, I noticed the boiler had vinegar inside. SO inconvenient.

wide selection free sunbeds empty serving area dirty plates
The beautiful room with a balcony was spacious. The breakfast offered a wide selection. I enjoyed direct access to the beach with free sunbeds.
I noticed some serving areas were empty at times. Refilling took a while. Finding a waiter to take drink orders was sometimes difficult. Dirty plates piled up on the table after the first course.
