small room unpleasant beach
The outdoor pool was clean.
The room was small for the price I paid! The beach near the hotel wasn't pleasant, with junkies getting arrested outside late at night. The stairwell definitely needs an upgrade.

i stayed at a wonderful location near bacviĉe beach. every morning i enjoyed the live piano music. the twinkling lights on the beautifully planted terrace were super!
the shower head was bigger than the bathtub, so the floor became soaked anytime someone used it!

helpful staff clean room fruit basket false claim weird showerhead soaked floor
the staffs were very helpful. they assisted me with all my requests. the room was clean and well-presented. i found chocolates and fruit upon arrival, a very nice touch!
the mini bar charge was on my card after my stay, even though i did not use it. i suggest guests double-check for false claims. the shower head was oddly bigger than the bathtub! the floor ended up soaked.

an amazing experience
secure area good size room amenities
i found our room to be a good size. it included all the amenities one could want. car parking was especially important for us, and i was able to do so right outside the hotel in a secure area. i was happy with the choice (the sea view from the room was amazing).
the hotel seemed designed for tall people. it was a slight struggle to reach hooks and use mirrors in the bathroom.

the breakfast deserves a special mention because it was nice. it offered a good selection. i particularly enjoyed the fresh pastries and the local fruit.

the hotel has a nice location near the beach and restaurants. i could easily walk to the beach. there were also several restaurants within a short walking distance.

the staff proved to be amazing. they packed me a farewell breakfast at 4:45 am in a little box to take to the airport with me. they were accommodating and always ready to help with any request.

excellent location sandy beach varied breakfast
the location is excellent (it is near everything). i accessed the sandy beach directly. a short walk took me downtown. the breakfast was abundant and varied.
the pool had limited loungers for the demand.

insufficient coffee pods intermittent air conditioning
i found some aspects needed attention. the air conditioning in the room cut out intermittently, quite frustrating. also, i found only two coffee pods were provided per day, this amount is insufficient for a five-star hotel. these details negatively impacted my experience and detracted from the overall value.
