fantastic gem with really good service
authentic charmconvenient locationcute staff
i found the location convenient the hotel is steps away from the main attractions i loved the room's authentic charm it had a superb breakfast included i really enjoyed a traditional dish i had never tried before the staff were cute and helpful with local tips.
the music from nearby establishments could be heard until late at night it was very slight

The hotel staff was very polite and helpful. I received excellent service. Breakfast offered a huge selection! and the traditional meals served for dinner were very delicious. I also appreciated the comfortable stay for my family.
I could hear all the sounds from the corridor while in my room. The sound traveled in the building! and I was not completely at ease .

this place rocks i found the staff friendly and always eager to help i really enjoyed the hotel's convenient location near main attractions it made exploring super easy the breakfast spread had fresh local ingredients. the superior double room was modern and spacious it included a seating area and a well-equipped bathroom

the location was acceptable, it was in the heart of the old town.
Our room was loud though. music blared from a nearby bar until midnight. It was impossible to sleep until it stopped. the hotel gave us ear plugs, but the music was still really loud. i know this isn't the hotel's fault, but i wish i had known it wouldn't be a quiet stay before i booked.

The kettle in my room didn't work, imagine that! i was really looking forward to a cup of tea, but no luck. also, the toilet flush was temperamental. It required several attempts each time, a real test of patience.

The staff was amazing and very kind. the location is superb. Everything is very close. the food was really delicious. I especially liked the traditional bosnian menu.
the air conditioning wasn't very cold. there was excessive noise from a nearby bar (it was really loud).
