A Decent Hotel Option

The staff were helpful. Mr Taher was also an awesome person. All staff members were fabulous. The room was clean and light. Stuff was polite as well.

The hotel is not really a 4-star hotel. I booked 2 rooms, one for my parents and another for 2 adults and a 16-year-old. We got a room with 2 beds then they added another bed. It was a horror.

I was annoyed. the promised pool view from my 'standard room pool view' was nonexistent. I was stuck looking at the back of some slides. to top it off, there wasn't even a chair in the room and when i requested an iron, i was just told they didn't have any. this place really dropped the ball on basic amenities and accuracy.

i found the staff helpful. food was good and plentiful (lots of options!). i easily found a sun bed at any time. the beach had easy access, located just down the road.

The air conditioner. i complained repeatedly. Maintenance workers came to the room twice to fix it. eventually, i was offered a new room. the hotel is not directly by the sea. It is about a 10-minute walk away.

the aqua park was fun, i especially enjoyed the water slides. the food had a great variety and the bbq each night was a plus.

The staff was friendly and helpful. The food offered much variety. I particularly enjoyed the excursion to the pyramids booked directly through the hotel. Karim provided really good care making our stay more special.

Check-in was significantly delayed. My confirmed reservation wasn't honored until three hours later. I was not given a wristband to access lunch. This felt unprofessional given the circumstances.

The hotel offered regular free buses to the sea located 500 meters away. This service was convenient. Other hotels in the same chain were quite nice to visit providing additional options during my vacation.

Breakfast, lunch, and dinner presented many tasty varieties daily. There was a wide selection of desserts plus salads and various hot dishes. I also found plenty of ice cream, fruit, and pizzas on offer.
