Idyllic Getaway

My room was a Superior Room Pool View I found very clean upon arrival. The room included a mini bar that I appreciated, also a television with several channels. The housekeeping service maintained the room daily keeping it tidy. I found the staff very polite and responsive to requests. The pools were clean I saw employees maintain them daily. I enjoyed the poolside service I received when ordering refreshments.
I found the evening entertainment started a bit late for my preference. Dinner concluded at 9 PM and the entertainment commenced around 9:30 PM. It would have been nice if the entertainment started a bit earlier.

The hotel is a short taxi ride from the airport. The proximity made arrival and departure simple. The hotel grounds feature lush gardens that I found very well kept and provided a peaceful atmosphere. I appreciated the convenience and beauty of the setting.

Absolutely Wonderful Stay!

The staff displayed really good hospitality. I especially want to mention Mohammed, whose service at the infinity pool was excellent. I also found the rooms super clean. An upgrade from a garden view to a pool view room was such a wonderful touch!
The music from a nearby hotel was occasionally quite loud.

The hotel features three large, very clean pools, one includes a swim-up bar. The grounds are beautiful. The gardeners maintain them impeccably. I found everything needed right on the resort, including shops, a gym, and a spa.

My time here was special I found the staff attentive and always ready to help. The resort provided prompt golf cart service throughout its expansive grounds. I also enjoyed the convenience of the mini-bar in my room. It was restocked daily with water and soft drinks.
The beach presented some challenges for swimming, as it was quite rocky. Entering the water required extra caution. I would appreciate some improvements for safer access.

The staff showed genuine kindness. Alyona from guest relations was very cute. Ahmed from the pool bar did great job too. Adry Hagag kept my room super clean. I received upgrade to a sea view room located close to bar and restaurants. The facilities like gym and tennis are well maintained.
