Wonderful resort stay

The resort had numerous pools, a theatre, restaurants, and bars. Staff members were super friendly and spoke many languages. They organized fun games at the main pool. The hotel also features a gym and a spa.
The policy of allowing one visit per restaurant proved inconvenient. I had to make reservations in person between 10:00 AM and 12:00 PM (it was difficult during water activities). It would enhance guest satisfaction if I could book via phone calls.

The hotel has six restaurants, with a limited capacity for meals included in the hotel package. The buffet offers a huge variety of food for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Some bars are open 24 hours. Others are open until sunset.

My room included a sea view and a massive balcony complete with chairs and a table. The room was immaculate, huge, and comfortable. (I really enjoyed the sunrise from my balcony).

The hotel offers direct beach access. The sunrises were gorgeous, and the evenings were so peaceful, just relaxing on the beach. The hotel even has a diving centre. I went scuba diving.

unreliable shuttlespotty wifi
I had some issues . the advertised shuttle service to nearby attractions was unreliable. It only ran twice a day and was often full, so i ended up using taxis a lot (more money spent). also, the promised in-room wifi was spotty at best. I struggled to get a stable connection for work, a total buzzkill, to be frank.

I found the hotel to have plenty of sunbeds available near the pools. There was no need to reserve them early. Several a la carte restaurants provided diverse dining options. The gym was well-equipped for workouts. I saw various machines.
The hotel was large and internal transport was needed. Walking was a little difficult

The food quality was great. I found Mahmoud at the front office, he solved all our issues quickly. I found the service was excellent. This hotel were visually fine.

The staff was super cute. The dishes at the buffet offered delicious variety. I also enjoyed the modern decor. It felt fresh and inviting. Ahmed, the housekeeper, was perfect, always keeping my room immaculate. I appreciated that level of attention to detail.
