relaxing stay
friendly staff language diversity restaurant choices snorkeling trip
i enjoyed my stay. the staff greeted us often and responded to all our questions. i noticed english, french, and creole spoken around the resort. three restaurants offered many choices each time we dined. a free snorkeling trip to blue bai happened twice and i joined both times.
during my stay, i noticed water was not complimentary at restaurants, even though the same water was free in the room. i found this a little strange, especially since full board was selected.

the gym contains three treadmills and two stationary bikes. the main pool area features about twenty loungers and a shaded area. a kids club offers activities for younger guests to participate in.

the beautiful garden view room includes two separate sinks and a rainfall shower. eco-friendly items are available in the room. the room was very clean upon arrival. the housekeeping staff checked to see if the room was sufficiently clean.
