heavenly moments
warm pool comfortable room delicious food kind gesture
the pools were warm, and a few selections were available. rooms were super comfortable and glam! the food variety seemed huge and delicious. mayan checked us in and upgraded our room and package. he spoilt my wife with a birthday cake, a very thoughtful gesture. he elevated our stay to another level. he ensured we were short of nothing.
I noticed the two swimming pools. we wanted to go into the small silent pool nearby. all the deckchairs were reserved with towels! only two people were in the pool, though.

the front desk staff, rochelle and joy, were helpful with all requests. under manager emennuel, the staff seemed very motivated to assist. the cleaning staff was good and friendly, a perfect combination.

the hotel offers a well-organized pick-up service from the airport, so convenient. the swimming pool provided a relaxing environment, a peaceful haven. the rooms were clean and inviting, lovely to unwind in after a day of exploration.

Senso restaurant featured attentive service from nandan, vishal, priya, ram gopal, and reshma, lovely people. veda restaurant had a good selection of food. Swapnali and anyshka provided good suggestions. the swimming pool bar provided a great selection of cocktails, so refreshing.
