The staff gave excellent service. They were attentive.
The room I got was quite small (certainly not ideal for a longer stay). It lacked a mini fridge. I had to ask for one.

Tranquil Beachside Stay
friendly staff personal touch beach activities
I found the staff friendly and willing to accommodate requests. Chef Shiva kindly prepared indian tea upon request, a nice personal touch. The hotel offers activities such as glass bottom boat rides, snorkeling, and kayaking.
The hotel charged a preauthorization fee , which i found unusual for a supposedly high-end hotel.

The hotel boasts excellent proximity to the beach . The hotel's location allows easy access to activities nearby and the mahebourg market , a plus for exploring the island.

The team was attentive , providing prompt and helpful service throughout my stay. Staff members got to know my food preferences , and they would often order my breakfast off-menu. The hotel staff is genuinely hospitable.

The pool is adequately sized , suitable for the number of guests present. Beach access is convenient , with options to walk left or right to avoid rocks when entering the sea. Snorkeling trips are available and free.

My room featured a sea view , a definite upgrade that enhanced the experience. There is a kettle provided to make instant coffee , located in a drawer. I had a balcony , which gave great sea view.

rich breakfast friendly staff nice service
I spent 5 nights. My room was a garden view room. The breakfast was rich with choices. Staff members were consistently friendly. I found them eager to assist with any request, from the reception to the housekeeping team. Everyone provided nice service.
The mattresses were too soft. I woke up with a slight back pain which lasted for a little while.

reasonable stay
equipped gym pool loungers open bathroom slow wifi
the pool area included a good number of loungers. i found the gym to be well equipped, it had several machines.
the room lacked privacy because of the open bathroom design. there were no doors separating the room from the bathroom! the slow wifi made it difficult to search for information.

Decent Stay, Some Issues Noted
expensive drinks parking lot view
The hotel advertises itself as five stars, but I'm not entirely convinced. There was a four-star plaque near the entrance, and it just didn't quite feel like a true luxury experience. Drinks were overpriced, and I found myself constantly checking the bill. the garden view room overlooked the parking lot. Not what I expected at all.

Wonderful Experience
yoga mat helpful staff large portions
The hotel sits practically on the beach. I appreciated the provided beach bag and yoga mat in the room. Staff members were kind and helpful. They were always available to assist. The food was also delicious with large portions.
Drinks were very expensive. I found limited nearby dining options, an inconvenience.

The hotel has a library area perfect for reading. It is very comfortable. There is also a spa, where well-being treatments are offered, leaving one feeling refreshed. Guests can easily find parking if they rent a car.
