I found the staff friendly and willing to accommodate requests. Chef Shiva kindly prepared indian tea upon request, a nice personal touch. The hotel offers activities such as glass bottom boat rides, snorkeling, and kayaking.

The hotel charged a preauthorization fee , which i found unusual for a supposedly high-end hotel.

I spent 5 nights. My room was a garden view room. The breakfast was rich with choices. Staff members were consistently friendly. I found them eager to assist with any request, from the reception to the housekeeping team. Everyone provided nice service.

The mattresses were too soft. I woke up with a slight back pain which lasted for a little while.

the room lacked privacy because of the open bathroom design. there were no doors separating the room from the bathroom! the slow wifi made it difficult to search for information.

The hotel advertises itself as five stars, but I'm not entirely convinced. There was a four-star plaque near the entrance, and it just didn't quite feel like a true luxury experience. Drinks were overpriced, and I found myself constantly checking the bill. the garden view room overlooked the parking lot. Not what I expected at all.
