central gem, perfect for exploring

i found the location convenient. it was so easy to walk to most of the tourist spots i wanted to see. the staff gave useful restaurant tips. they kept my bags safe until my late flight.
the lift was small and very slow. i often chose to use the stairs instead.

my room featured blackout curtains , made it easy to sleep soundly. the room also came equipped with a mini fridge i used daily and the tv had international channels to choose from.

the reception staff quickly addressed all my questions. they helped me with directions and transport options, made exploring the city much less stressful. the team are very efficient.

the hotel provides a lift for accessing upper floors, very useful with luggage. a 24-hour reception is there, so late arrivals or early departures are not a problem. a safe is in my room.

the air conditioning continuously stopped working during the night (i suspect there was a sensor). the hotel staff told me this happened because there was a sensor in the room. this made no sense when i actually needed the ac while sleeping.
