professional service appointed rooms thoughtful details absent cleaning missing items unskilled staff
the hotel is beautiful the architecture is sleek i noticed warm professional service. the team was very kind rooms were beautifully appointed i found thoughtful details. the food tasted great the pool was amazing i enjoyed the walk to the water.
the daily cleaning felt absent they forgot things often. i needed to ask the reception daily for missing items. bar and restaurant staff seemed unskilled it was a pity.

speedy service amazing location great pool absent cleaning bath soap missing bag
the location was amazing, i loved that! during my first day i had breakfast. i didn't know you could ask for other things, at first. the pools were great. but the view, and the speedy service were really excellent!
the daily cleaning was almost absent, actually! they forgot something every day. for example, bath soap, or the shower mat. one evening we left a bag outside the door, because it wouldn't fit in the fridge. after a while, it was gone! the cleaning ladies took it with no explanation and no one apologized, wow.

the private beach featured sun loungers. the hotel owner engaged in a conversation during dinner. she later sent a complimentary wine bottle to my room, i found it very sweet.
the gym was rather small!
