a magical PLACE
warm greeting good drinks
the service stood out because of the staff. they greeted us warmly and prepared the room as we waited near the pool. everyone working there was perfect, and the bartender made good drinks.
rooms could use SOME update. they were still clean, though.

the breakfast had some of the best food i tasted. the chef prepared excellent meals. lady finger served an very nice meal, the dishes were well-prepared. drinks by the pool also tasted very good.

the location offers easy access to beaches and restaurants. it is also close to the center of the city. it reminded me of a retreat because i could come home from the town and enjoy better music at our pool.

this place is art because of the design, lighting, and tasteful art. the pool area is gorgeous. the hotel offers a shuttle service for transport. there is also a parking lot available with a car.

whatsapp contact slow response
the staff was friendly enough, and the location suited my needs.
i called to book a room. i spoke to an employee. they said the sales department would call me. they contacted me via whatsapp 18 hours later. the hotel is not for me.

the service was excellent, everyone was great. the room was clean and spacious with a view of the sea.
the employee was polite. they told me that the sales department would contact me for a reservation, but i was contacted through whatsapp 18 hours later. i was expecting a different form of contact.
