rattling air conditioning no airport transfer
The staff was nice, providing prompt assistance. That met my basic expectations.
The air conditioning unit rattled all night, disrupting my sleep. It was annoying. additionally, the promised free airport transfer didn't materialize. I ended up paying for a taxi after waiting for over an hour. it felt quite disorganized and unprofessional and was a bad start.

was so nice!!!
cold drinks clean room free transport
I really enjoyed my stay. the staff provided cold drinks and snacks after my tours. It was so refreshing. the room was very clean and spacious. i also took advantage of the free tuk-tuk ride to the city center. It was very convenient.

poor breakfast tuk-tuk issues
The staff was helpful. They assisted with arranging transportation.
The breakfast quality was subpar. I considered other options because of this. The promised complimentary tuk-tuk service to the night market turned out to be misleading. The driver pressured us to set a return time and then charged $2. The location also lacked privacy. A garden or walking area would have been a great addition.

an okay stay
private pool tasty food breakfast quality tuktuk ride
the room was cleaned everyday. the Staff are very kind. the Food was okay, it served on the balcony. the Kids enjoyed the privat pool.
breakfast was Meh. drivers hound you for your return time when the hotel offered a 'free tuktuk ride' to night market. they charged 2 USD. grab app is cheaper.

okay experience, some issues
underwhelming breakfast tuktuk service
the staff organized transport and it worked well.
i found a few problems . breakfast felt very underwhelming. the tuktuk service to the night market wasn't actually free. they still asked for money on the return.

charming stay in a good bungalow
amazing pool free taxi fantastic driver
the pool was amazing. i really liked the free taxi into town and the airport transfer. they organised a tour around the temples (the driver was fantastic).
there is no negative feedback.
