The location was good near Chinatown. I walked to many quays in 30 minutes. The premier room on the top floor had lots of space and a large bathroom. The staff were helpful when my wife had a fall. They gave us a first aid kit.

fantastic stay! was so good!
friendly staff perfect location free snacks
the staff were very friendly and helpful!!! i would definitely choose this hotel again. the location is near chinatown, and there is a hawker center a few minutes walk away. i found free beverages, coffee, and snacks readily available.
Soundproofing could be improved. I could hear some noise from the hallway, although it was minor and didn't significantly impact my stay.

the location is ideal near the famous Maxwell Road Food Hall. the free snacks and excellent 24/7 coffee in the lobby are quite useful (i drank a lot!).
the automatic water faucet stopped working, so i had to brush my teeth in the shower in the morning.

stained carpet unwelcoming staff
the location was acceptable with many restaurants nearby.
the room carpet had multiple stains and needs replacement. the staff wasnt cute at all, its very impersonal. i was told the rooftop bar was closed way before my arrival, but found out later from a bar nearby it had been closed for two years.

The location is excellent, just a short walk to the mrt station. i appreciated the complimentary snacks and drinks available around the clock. It was a thoughtful touch after long days.

superb location friendly staff quality mattress
the hotel has a superb location. the maxwell centre and mrt are a short walk away. amoy centre is also nearby. the staff makes you feel welcome without being intrusive. the rooms are comfortable and quiet. i appreciated the effective ac and great quality mattress.
