shower design doors slamming
The bathroom design presented a significant issue. Water from the shower spilled across the floor, a problem exacerbated by the absence of a proper shower door. Only a small plastic strip attempted to contain the water. This resulted in the entire bathroom floor becoming wet. the room lacked adequate soundproofing. I could hear noise from adjacent rooms and the constant slamming of doors.

Chinatown Comfort
train stations hawker centers safe area affordable rates
Three different train stations were quite close, as were the Maxwell and Lau Pa Sat hawker centers. A fifteen-minute train ride got me downtown. Many dining and shopping options were available right in Chinatown. The area felt safe, and everything was easily walkable. The affordable rates were a definite plus.
The absence of a proper wardrobe or drawers in the room made storage somewhat challenging, needing a bit of creative organization to keep my belongings tidy

The hotel's proximity to multiple train stations made exploring easy. The closeness to hawker centers was convenient for sampling local cuisine. Chinatown's array of dining and shopping choices added significant value to the location, offering diverse experiences.

The staff was quite accommodating, which greatly enhanced the stay. The air conditioning worked well. Leaving my bag on the last day before a late flight was not a problem. The room was clean, thus providing a very pleasant experience.

Excellent Location and Easy Access
bigger room metro access helpful staff
i stayed in a bigger room , and it was great. the hotel is just across the street from the chinatown metro exit. staff members were nice and helpful. they gave us quick responses.

excellent location comfortable bed good lift
the location is excellent, near a great hawker center and many restaurants. the room was attractive and light.. windows can be unlocked if requested and there is air conditioning. the bed was comfortable.
the bathroom design has some issues with water running into the toilet area.

convenient location metro station helpful staff cheap pillow hard bed small division
the location is very convenient , close to the metro station. there are many malls and restaurants nearby. the staff were helpful.
the pillows felt cheap. the bedding quality seemed low and the bed felt hard , i couldn't sleep well. the bathroom had a small division between the shower and the toilet , water splashed everywhere.
