The staff was helpful in addressing my concerns about the noisy air conditioning system.
I encountered an issue with the room's cleanliness upon arrival. There was noticeable dust accumulation on surfaces and the bathroom mirror had streaks. Housekeeping needed improvement, as the room cleaning was inconsistent . I expect a higher standard of cleanliness for a 4-star hotel.

The room was clean. That met my expectations.
The breakfast had very little variety. Almost the same pastries were served every day. the a/c in my room was also very noisy. the hotel promised to change the room, but they did not do it of six days.

the room included a modern kitchen area. it also had laundry facilities, which proved very useful. the availability of underground parking was a significant benefit because finding street parking can be challenging. the front cafe had a comfortable lounging area too.
the sound from the external ac unit in my room was disruptive. it created an unbearable noise. i reported this issue but the hotel was not able to change my room .
