I found the staff friendly. Lewis, the receptionist, was so lovely and helpful, he were really nice too. the food was delicious, and the pool was great. All staff are so friendly! i definitely recommend staying here. It has beautiful gardens and is super clean, the cleaners work so hard.

The two-bedroom apartment was spacious and super clean. The showers had great pressure and were very clean too! the kitchen included everything needed. there was a bottle of cava left, a nice touch for our arrival.

the room was spacious. i found the location to be excellent, a short walk from various restaurants , bars , and the beach. the pool area was well kept, and the water pressure in the shower was quite strong. a little greeting gift greeted us upon arrival , a lovely and unexpected touch.
i did note that the wifi was weak , and i ended up using my own 5g connection instead.

the bar staff were friendly and helpful. i could easily reach the reception area from my room , , made any inquiries or requests simple. this added to the relaxed atmosphere of the stay.

The location was good. i appreciated being a short walk from puerto colon shops. the pools were also fantastic, and the pool area was nice. i also liked the baby pool. It was self-contained.
there was no oven in the room, so i couldn't cook much. the wi-fi was very poor. i used 5g instead. new towels after 4 or 5 days would have been better.

The location was acceptable. It was close to shops and restaurants. it met basic expectations.
the lack of an oven was a major inconvenience. i couldn't cook properly. wi-fi was practically unusable, so i had to rely on my own data. clean towels only after several days is really poor
