The pillows provided were quite poor. They felt soft and lumpy. This impacted my sleep quality each night. The television signal was also weak. Only a few channels worked and the picture froze frequently. I consider these issues unacceptable.

wow, the staff is super friendly. heated towel racks totally rocked it for me. that little mini shop for essentials was a lifesaver. chromecast to the tv.
pillows were not comfortable at all. one pillow felt too thin, but stacking two together felt too bulky. it was hard to find a comfy middle ground for a good night's sleep.

The room was spacious. It even had a balcony. I found takeaway food nearby, including noodles. The location is a short walk to Petite France. It took me about ten minutes. I made use of the fuseball table they had in the lobby.
I noticed a very slight issue, I could not get a written confirmation after I booked the parking.

The location was definitely a highlight. It was a short walk to the train station. This was helpful for my travel. The room was spacious enough and i liked the comfortable bed.
Unfortunately, the air conditioning did not work. It got very warm, so I had to open the balcony door. Early the next morning, i was woken up by workers in and around the hotel. This was quite inconvenient.
