the fitness room had what i needed. the self-laundry area was super useful for keeping my clothes fresh. the ground floor terrace was a chill spot. i really loved that there were tv channels available, so cool!

the shower temperature was a bit tricky to adjust, going from warm to cold sometimes.

I found a couple of issues . the shower temperature fluctuated a lot, going from warm to cold unexpectedly. additionally, the fridge didn't work when i arrived. I had to go down to reception to ask for assistance. this was a rather unnecessary inconvenience for me.

The room had a fridge, microwave, and cooktop. the staff was kind. the location is good. It is close to everything. the central station is nearby. i found everything i needed already available. I did not need to ask for items such as an iron.

the shower water went all over the bathroom floor. there was no proper slope to keep the water going down the drain. i used towels to stop water going out the bathroom door.

staff members were helpful with directions to train stations. their responses were immediate. employees were always present in the breakfast room and other areas. their overall atmosphere was cute and friendly.
