helpful directions convenient location
the staff offered helpful directions. the location is very close to numerous tourist sites. i found it convenient to walk to many attractions. brochures were conveniently displayed in the lobby.
the coffee machine lacked coffee pods.

central access friendly service needed essentials quiet night
I found the location excellent with very central access. The staff provided friendly service and the room included everything i needed. It was also very quiet at night. I appreciate free hot drinks from a coffee machine.
The pillows in the room did not provide much support.

convenient location clean room friendly staff basic room terrible pillow tiny towel
the location WAs super convenient. It was close to the train station, the tram station, and the bus station. It made getting around EASY. The room was clean and well equipped for self-catering. the staff were very friendly.

warped panel broken shower seals
The kitchen setup was a mess. I found the dishwasher hidden behind a warped panel accessible only by opening the fridge first. the shower was equally frustrating. The door seals didn't work at all. nespresso machine without pods. how cheap can they get?

convenient location useful dishwasher nice sauna patient staff
The location was VERY convenient near the train station. The room included a dishwasher in the kitchenette. This was useful. I found the gym and sauna to be a nice addition to the amenities. Staff members were helpful and patient with all requests.
The pillows could be better. I found them to offer little support.
