the location was convenient. it was close to rail and tram lines.
the apartment felt dated. the dishwasher door jammed. it didn't even work properly. this.

warped panelbroken shower seals
The kitchen setup was a mess. I found the dishwasher hidden behind a warped panel accessible only by opening the fridge first. the shower was equally frustrating. The door seals didn't work at all. nespresso machine without pods. how cheap can they get?

The location was VERY convenient near the train station. The room included a dishwasher in the kitchenette. This was useful. I found the gym and sauna to be a nice addition to the amenities. Staff members were helpful and patient with all requests.
The pillows could be better. I found them to offer little support.

The family studio was spacious and had a well-equipped kitchenette with a dishwasher. A bathtub and shower were available in the room. The furniture was flexible, as it was on wheels.

The hotel is close to the train station and the city center pedestrian areas. Top attractions are nearby, including the château des ducs de bretagne. I noticed a lot of public transport options around the hotel area.

The staff were friendly and helpful, giving recommendations for food. The communications before arrival ensured my car parking space was booked. access to laundry was easy, and hot water and coffee were available from reception.

Complimentary hot drinks were available at reception. This was a nice touch. I saw plates, cutlery, and a mini fridge provided in the rooms. I found several restaurants and bars within walking distance of the hotel.
