scratched cookwareinadequate towels
THE room looked decent initially, BUT several issues emerged. The provided cookware was SCRATCHED. MOREOVER, requests for additional towels were met with resistance, and I found this particularly inconvenient for longer stays. THE lack of attentiveness diminished the overall quality.

The apartment was spacious and clean. It had two bedrooms with double beds. The kitchen had all necessary equipment. I could easily access underground parking.
The room was facing a main street. Curtains did not close properly. I saw dead flies in the room. The staff did not rectify the issues.

poor soundproofingdirty oven
I encountered a couple of issues . the soundproofing wasn't good. I heard every chair movement from above. also, the oven was dirty when i arrived. for the price i paid, i thought more services should have been included.
