Fantastic Stay at Modern Retreat
equipped kitchen excellent condition ski slopes
The apartment had a fully equipped kitchen. The spa area featured three saunas and a steam room. All were in excellent condition. The location was close to beginner ski slopes. It was also near cross country skiing tracks.
The reception staff seemed a bit unresponsive at times, made getting immediate assistance difficult. It took multiple attempts to reach someone by phone when I needed something. I HOPE they improve this.

The breakfast service delivered varied and generous portions directly to the apartment each morning. Each day included a different menu. It offered a healthy start. I found the portions were very large.

The location was quite convenient, only a short walk to the main street and restaurants. A supermarket was within a five-minute walk. This made it easy to get groceries and other necessities quickly. Though the parking was expensive!

The pool area included a hot outdoor pool and saunas. There was also a soft play area for kids. The available taxi service connected with the building. I liked that. It was very convenient.

heated pool underground parking
The apartment featured a well-equipped kitchen with all necessary appliances. The rooftop pool offered fine mountain views and was heated. Underground parking was included and very convenient. There were also saunas available .
The reception staff was occasionally unresponsive when contacted by phone. It was frustrating at times.

mixed experience, some issues noted
scratched cookware inadequate towels
THE room looked decent initially, BUT several issues emerged. The provided cookware was SCRATCHED. MOREOVER, requests for additional towels were met with resistance, and I found this particularly inconvenient for longer stays. THE lack of attentiveness diminished the overall quality.

spacious apartment clean apartment double bed street noise broken curtains dead flies
The apartment was spacious and clean. It had two bedrooms with double beds. The kitchen had all necessary equipment. I could easily access underground parking.
The room was facing a main street. Curtains did not close properly. I saw dead flies in the room. The staff did not rectify the issues.

poor soundproofing dirty oven
I encountered a couple of issues . the soundproofing wasn't good. I heard every chair movement from above. also, the oven was dirty when i arrived. for the price i paid, i thought more services should have been included.
