Good stay with some minor issues

The hotel features a uniquely styled building. My room was quite large. I enjoyed the extra-large balcony. I could watch the sunset. The gym was a highlight. The equipment is of very high quality.
The breakfast did not meet my expectations. I found limited options available. I observed only one waitress managing the whole breakfast service. This caused delays in replenishing items. I also noticed that the bathroom was rather tiny.

Fine hotel!
activity pack arrival upgrade
The building is amazing! We received an upgrade upon arrival. My kids also got an activity pack, and they loved it.
I wish there were more charging phone facilities. The location is a bit out of the way.

inconsistent towels infrequent cleaning
The room cleaning policy was irritating. I learned that cleaning only happens every three days. This detail wasn't clearly stated in the room itself, only at reception and in the elevator! For a seven-night stay, the beds were only made once, near the end. Getting fresh towels was inconsistent. Sometimes they were left, sometimes not.
