great varietynon-functional safesporadic hot water
the breakfast provided a great variety of options.
the in-room safe was not working. i also noted that the hot water was only available sporadically . i addressed these issues at reception, but there seemed to be little interest in resolving them.

the location was pretty good, close to everything i needed.
the room was NOT clean. dust was all over the floor and the bathroom was disgusting. i noticed mold in the shower, and the shower head was so dirty it looked like it hadn't been cleaned in months! the whole experience was really unpleasant. i regret choosing this hotel.

The hotel is close to the train station. It's super convenient. i had complimentary drinks and snacks in my room, a nice touch. the room was very clean, and the bed was comfy.
the tv in my room was too small, and the sound quality was bad. it was difficult to watch anything comfortably.

breakfast was delicious. the hotel offered a buffet with many choices. i especially enjoyed the coffee, and the fresh fruit was amazing!!!
